A capillary thermostat is a device for regulating the temperature regime. The principle of operation is based on the thermal expansion of a liquid (gas). When the sensor is heated, the contents of the capsule expand, which exerts pressure on the relay membrane through the capillary tube, and when the set temperature is reached, the contacts open.
